This week we heard about the life of a career naval officer when Commander Mike Sargent spoke to the group. Mike grew up in Kent and spoke about how this community influenced his life path and future. Next week we hear from Ohio Supreme Court Justice Pat Dewine.
District Governor elect Larry Lohman lead a very informative District Leadership Assembly this weekend. Panelists included myself, speaking on our District grant process, Todd Kamenash, speaking on fund raising and I also saw District 4 Way Speech contest chairman Will Underwood. Our own President elect Kathy Myers was in attendance getting prepared to lead us back to in person meetings and hopefully a new normal.
