Today’s Program: Getting to Know Recently Inducted Rotarians

Will Underwood introduced today’s program by telling us a little about himself. Lisa Souter, Ryan Brannon, Janice Simmons-Mortimer, Dennis Campbell, and Melissa Stewart followed with remarks about themselves.

So, here’s a quiz to test your listening and recall skills. If you were not present at today’s meeting, you might introduce yourself to each of today’s speakers and get to know them. Answers will appear in next week’s Rotareminder.

Who is a former Ravenna Rotarian?

Who was born in Jamestown, NY?

Whose favorite movie is Empire Strikes Back?

Who operated the Big Dipper at Geauga Lake?

Who was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Syracuse, NY?

Who has 8 siblings?

Who has triplets?

Who plays the piano, drinks Sauvingnon Blanc, and loves the Bahamas?

Who is writing a book?

Who went to Baldwin-Wallace University?

Whose beverage of choice is a Manhattan?

Who had Mr. Anthony Horton as a teacher?

Bonus Question: Which Kent Rotarian is returning to the club after a recent absence?

Response

Rachel Kerns offered the response nothing that – except for Asad Khan and herself -- it’s often difficult to talk about yourself. She thanked our speakers for a great program.

Respectfully submitted,
