President Larry led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Invocation prayer was offered by Sue Hetrick.

Announcements
Rotary District 6630 is sponsoring a fundraising event at a Cleveland Indians game on Wednesday, July 17th (see attached flyer).
Todd Kamenesh needs a volunteer to set up chairs for the Heritage Fest. Sherry Joy happily stepped forward and will be leading the activity.
Kathy Myers - meeting next week will be a club assembly.
Presidents Highlights:
Increased interaction with the younger generation’s involvement with Rotary.
Interactors in 2021 will host the meeting at RHS
Auction raised $9,000 to RHS to fund mental health first aid training

Auction raised funds to go to the foundation ($25,000 went out from the foundation to the community this year)

President Larry inducted incoming President Roger Sidoti. President Larry then inducted the Board to their positions.
Roger then asked the club to stand and recognize outgoing President Lohman. Roger will be sharing with the Club his thoughts in the upcoming weeks.
Speaker
New President Roger introduced this week’s speaker, Austin Brewster, Rotary youth exchange student who is going to study abroad. She is a junior at RHS but had enough credit to graduate after her junior year. Her parents are Jeffery and Christine.
Austin then shared her thought on her upcoming trip. She is 17 and completed post-secondary to graduate early. She learned about Rotary through the exchange. She originally thought she was going to South Korea but now will be going to Taiwan. Taiwan is about a third of the size of Ohio. She has been learning Chinese to help with communication. Austin will be living in New Taipa, which is about the size of Los Angles. Austin will leave mid-August and retuning the following year in July. The exchange has taught her a great deal about Rotary.
