We enjoyed another great program from our own members this week. Tom Hatch and Doug Fuller along with guest presenter Mark Prues showed us the amazing story behind many of Kent’s historic facades. This week District Governor Pat Myers visits. Pat, a familiar face to many of us as she visited our club many times prior to the pandemic, is a member of Hudson Rotary. If you have any specific questions for Governor Pat that you would like to submit ahead of time, please forward them to me.
A committee is busy planning a Holiday event for our club. Mark your calendar for Thursday December 10, 7:00-8:30 with more details coming soon! We still need your nominations for Rotarian of the Year which will be presented at that event(past winners).
I don’t know about you, but I am already dreading the upcoming isolation associated with this ongoing pandemic exacerbated by the future change in weather. Let’s stay connected by attending this upcoming event. Wouldn’t it be great if we can figure out a way to include members who have been unable to connect because of technologic or other reasons?
