This program provides children ages birth to 5 with a free book in the mail every month. That's 60 books mailed to every child born in Ohio to start their own personal library and build necessary literacy skills.
Now through March 13, Rotary's Statewide Presidents-Elect Service Project is raising funds for this important project. Click HERE to donate online.
The Rotary Club of Kent is excited to introduce the Kent Rotary Flag Program, and community-wide initiative designed to honor our nation, beautify our neighborhoods, and support meaningful local projects. Entirely volunteer-driven, this program offers residents and businesses a simple and patriotic way to celebrate America's most cherished holidays. Join us in creating a powerful display of unity across Kent - one flag at a time.
An annual subscription is $55, and the flag can be displayed at your home or business.
Thank you to everyone who attended the most exciting event in Rotary - our annual auction! Dominique Bollenbacher and Nithya Venkataraman worked with Bell Tower Brewing in what is shaping up to be our most successful auction yet. Special thank you to Nancy Whitehead who created the centerpieces and homemade bourbon balls. Also thank you to MaryBeth Harper and Paul Organ who were instrumental on the auction committee. I would also thank Matt Carter and Matt Carroll for helping out with the race.
And the night would not have been possible without Todd Kamenash and his son Charlie. From emceeing the event to organizing the races, their hard work and dedication to Rotary was on full display last night! Bell Tower’s event coordinator, Tricia always remarks what a fun group we have and she loves our themes. We’re a group that works hard but we like to play hard as well.
We had an incredible year for sponsorships! Thank you to all of the Kent Rotary businesses and families who were generous enough to sponsor and/or donate an auction item.
