A note from President Asad
Hello everyone,

I had a wonderful weekend filled with Fall activities, like leaf blowing, yard clean up, and then more leaf blowing!  But we were blessed with wonderful weather and I was even able to get away for a short mountain bike ride!

As you know, we will be soliciting nominations for Rotarian of the Year.  Please be on the lookout for an online poll (survey monkey) and also leaflets at lunch where you can simply write in your nomination.  This award is reserved for the one Rotarian from our Rotary Club of Kent that has gone above and beyond and exemplified the true spirit of Rotary International from their actions and their oration so far this year!  As always, self-nominations are completely acceptable!

Fondly,

Asad

Larry also reviewed ways to give and encouraged Kent Rotarians to continue to support Every Rotarian, Every Year.  We are paying it forward.

Responder was Nancy Whitehead with further comments from President Asad Khan.
